Bandwidth is measured in Hz... standard Wifi-channel has 20MHz
bandwidth (as an example).

Have to think about this, most likely you are right.

The most basic MANET link would have a single TLV with both the tx and
rx bit set, because most MANET link use the same frequency range for
sending or receiving data over the air.

I will work on a new revision of the draft this week.
