[manet] NS-3 implementation for AODVv2

Hello folks,

I am very happy to announce that teams from Università di Firenze 
(Italy) and NITK Surathkal (India) have created an NS-3 implementation 
for AODVv2.  I have also submitted a refreshed Internet Draft for AODVv2 
since the previous draft had recently expired.  The NS-3 code is in test 
and not yet available for download.  Another announcement will be made 
as soon as it is ready to download.  I have reviewed the earlier 
comments about AODVv2 and, as far as I remember, they have been 
addressed.  The collaboration's project results should answer some of 
the previous concerns about implementability.
