[manet] Review draft-perkins-manet-aodvv2-05

Hi Charlie, and MANET WG

I missed last meeting, but seen your presentation related to AODV.

 My question is that could we get a confirm from the authors that all
issues raised by this WG related to AODVv2 [1] [2], were solved or recorded
for future discussions? because I am not sure how can I review this work,
or should we start from scratch as new review?

As I mentioned before in my last meeting to this WG that I am willing to
review/comment/discuss this WG related/presented docs.
