Hello Abdussalam and all,

Prior to resubmission last year, I reviewed the comments I was able to find about AODVv2, plus some I had received by private email. All of those comments were addressed, except for the observation that AODVv2 needed to have a publicly available implementation for evaluation. And, now, there is an NS-3 implementation being made ready for general release.

>From that standpoint, I would say that the document is ready for further review.

Very recently, I received another question from the NS-3 implementation team. I expect to answer that question this week and summarize to the [manet] list. That might result in a minor update to the document, but just at this moment I do not foresee the need.

Bottom line, I am pretty sure your review to the document will be beneficial, and I will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Regards,
Charlie P.

Hi Charlie, and MANET WG
I missed last meeting, but seen your presentation related to AODV.

My question is that could we get a confirm from the authors that all issues raised by this WG related to AODVv2 [1] [2], were solved or recorded for future discussions? because I am not sure how can I review this work, or should we start from scratch as new review?

As I mentioned before in my last meeting to this WG that I am willing to review/comment/discuss this WG related/presented docs.

Best Regards
AB
