Hi Donald,

I had comments with no discussions, not sure why, even though I asked
before do I do my comments and you or chair reply yes, then no comment from
authors, and then now I see quickly to WGLC,

I don't agree with this WGLC, IMHO, the WG chairs need to check first if
all comments and discussion are completed,
however, could I get replies and discussion or I should not do any
discussion.

I thought I will get reply and discussion as usually in IETF.
