Actually, I don't see that in version -03 but this is a minor point so
I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes, thanks for correctly interpreting the error in my comment.

I consider all my comments resolved with the following two minor
exceptions; however, you probably don't need to do another revision
right now as these will probably get caught in the next stage of the
process.

1. "are consist" -> "consist"
2. In Section 1.1, only the last paragraph, which is currently
indented, is needed. The added material before that in 1.1 can be
deleted.
