Hi,

KIRA was presented to MANET (see
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/121/materials/slides-121-manet-kira-kademlia-directed-id-based-routing-architecture-00)
so people might be interested that it is a Hackathon project for the
upcoming IETF meeting.

Thanks,
Donald

Subject: [hackathon] IETF124 Hackathon Project KIRA: Scalable Zero-Touch
Routing (IPv6+Rust)
To: IETF Hackathon <[email protected]>

Hi,

KIRA is a scalable zero-touch routing architecture that provides IPv6
connectivity without any configuration for hundreds of thousands of
nodes. It is ID-based and also works well in fixed networks, data center
networks, mobile ad-hoc networks, and LEO satellite networks. The
prototypical implementation is written in Rust.
