[manet] No known IPR in our three DLEP drafts

I think I posted this before but my 3 DLEP drafts are close to becoming again so I want to repeat my statement about IPR.

As far as I (and my colleges) know there is no IPR (either by Fraunhofer FKIE or by someone else) about the three DLEP drafts I have active at the moment:

dlep-ietf-manet-dlep-radio-quality-04


All three documents should be valid for publishing according to the IETF rules.
