[manet] Calls for adoption, progress or lack thereof

Hi,

I'm not impressed by the response so far to the calls for WG adoption of
the two drafts... I plan to post a message tomorrow pointing out that it is
half way through the two weeks for the dearlove draft and 1/3 for Fred's
draft.

I believe some WG has an informal policy of requiring five people to
express interest or to at least respond or else they conclude there is not
enough interest. In low activity WGs, I have seen as few as three
expressions of interest be considered marginally adequate. But below that,
I don't see how one could conclude there is any consensus to adopt.
