The Chairs have reviewed the comments and discussion and judged that there
is a consensus for adopting this draft.

To make the target of the draft clearer, the file name will be changed to
draft-ietf-manet-inet-gap-analysis. As is common practice, a -00 version
will be posted with minimal changes but, soon thereafter, a -01 will be
posted incorporating comments on the mailing list that have been resolved.
