Hi Mike and Charlie (and other co-authors),
I did a read though of the:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-mboned-ieee802-mcast-problems

I used this for the line numbers:
https://www.ietf.org/tools/idnits?url=https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-mboned-ieee802-mcast-problems-01.txt

Line 31: performace -> performance

Line 509: Says that a DTIM of 3 means that the AP will send a multicast
packet every 3 packets. I may be reading it wrong, but I do believe that
it means that the AP will send multicast packets after every 3 beacon.

An additional item for section 3. Is air-time restrictions on multicast
traffic. E.g. see this patch for the ath9k driver in Linux. It is
effectively limiting the time which can be spent on sending multicast
packets to 1/8'th of the beacon interval.
https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/2687951/ This is a major problem for
data intensive applications such as video delivery.

Thanks for you great work on creating some visibility on this problem.

All the best,
Morten
