Working group last call on -requirements-

I'd like to put forward a working group last call on
draft-ietf-conneg-requirements-02.txt .  This is actually a
"framework" document, rather than a requirements document, and it is
intended for informational.  Please send comments to the list as soon
as possible; I intend to send it up to the ADs in two weeks time (May
19, 1999).
