Folks,

Following discussion in Oslo, the above-mentioned draft has been updated
with a view to use as a discussion document in ongoing coordination with
W3C activities in this area. The updated version is now available from the
Internet Draft repositories (see separate announcement).

The main changes are:
- added commentary to clarify that this is a discussion document
- added RDF representation proposals submitted to this list by Franklin
Reynolds
- updated references
