CC/PP WG to invite Conneg invited experts

as you probably know, we are in the process of starting a working group
around CC/PP; there are issues that are not adressed in the present work
anywhere (such as privacy of profiles, for instance) that need to be looked
into. 

We are going to invite members of the Conneg WG as invited experts into
this work, with the hope that we can further convergence; indeed, you have
already done a lot of that work. 

I'll get back when we are issuing the call for participation.
