ISPs in the US generated approximately $15.1 billion in revenues in 1999. Did your company grow at least 30% in 1999? Was your Customer Retention at least 90%? Did you know that it takes five times as much money to acquire a new customer as it does to retain one? Business Marketplace®, LLC, a marketing consulting and design firm in Denver, Colorado, is conducting a brief National ISP survey, regarding how ISPs around the country are finding new customers, what marketing activities are being used for Customer Retention — and how successful they have been.
