I would like to ask for any working group comments on

draft-ietf-conneg-feature-hash-04.txt


to be submitted by May 17, 2000.  


To remind folks of the history here, this version focuses on the
hash form to the exclusion of the URI forms included in previous
versions, as per the discussions in Adelaide.  Please review it
carefully.
