G.711 A-law assigned profile in H.248.1

Hello all,
 
I noticed that in Appendix I of both H.248.1 V2 and H.248.1 V3 documents, G.711 A-law's assigned profile is 0 whereas it should have been 8.
 
Is this just a typeo?
