Endianness question

Hello All,

I have a basic question on binary implementation of MEGACO.

As using ASN.1 data types (BER en/de-coded) with Megaco,
i wonder which byte order[big/little endian] should be followed for the 
content part?

 I have gone through ITU-T X690-0207 doc and RFC 3525 couple
of times without any results.
