Disconnected by MGC(Test with Abacus 5000)

Hi,

I am using the Abacus 5000 simulator as MGC.
When the callee receive the al/ri, then the MGC will disconnect the call
before pick up the phone.
When receive the packet NO.257, the MGC will disconnect the call.

I wander why MGC disconnect it. From the log in the MGC side, it seems that
MGC is timeout during wait the callee offhook.
But, in fact, I only hear one time ring, then the timeout happened.
The call flow is as the attachment.

Any help will be appreciated.
