MG answer DTMF Relay

Guys,

 

Is there any difference when MG sends the following answer:

 

a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000/0

 

instead of:

 

a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000

 

Will MGC drop this information because of /0?
