[Raju] I just gave "topology" example to make it clear.
MGC won't include such a topology while playing a signal.
On MG it is implicit that when it is playing a signal, which
actually sends data on a termination, any other data that needs to 
be sent to be stopped/dropped temporarily until signal is completed
(else MG has to mix the two data together.. Which won't work
always due to the special nature of signals. For example
when MG is playing a DTMF tone signal, other voice data can't be mixed
with DTMF).
