just noticed the MSF contributions on RTCP-based QoS measurements & i3 Forum for this weeks TC meeting.

There's in parallel the ITU-T WP2/16 meeting this week in Geneva:

As mentioned last year, we've submitted some material to start a framework on RTCP-based measurements. Such a framework should be preferrably documented as profile specification guidelines.
