3GPP Work on ECN for Lower Layer Protocols: possible impact on H.248 gateways

I guess we got already some verbal discussions on that question in the last meeting. Anyway, like to restate my view in a working document, rather than a lenghty email.

I'm not sure whether we need to spend any meeting time at all. An offline, email-based technical discussion might be sufficient (if there are any interested parties at all).

Might be also (or alternatively) discussed in ITU-T SG16, in order to keep H.248.82 aligned with the ECN updates as done or still in work by IETF TSVWG.
