midcom agenda for IETF 58

Here's the proposed agenda for the upcoming IETF
meeting.  The discussion of the current MIB work
will constitute the bulk of the meeting.

Note that while there are currently two MIB drafts,
they are not competitive with each other.  The
MIB team will be working from both of them, and
what this means in practice will be discussed in
Minneapolis and can be discussed here, as well.
