MIDCOM-MIB: Rename Signaling objects to transaction objects?

- rename 'signaling objects/branch' to 'transaction objects/branch'?

Currently the objects for configuring the middlebox are called signaling 
objects (in the signaling branch). Since one might find this confusing 
there is the question whether it is better to rename this to transaction 
objects/branch.  The signaling objects correspond to the transaction of the 
MIDCOM semantics
