TURN resources?

Hi.

I apologize if this is slightly off-topic but I was wondering if anybody
knew of:

(a) any commercial products (media relays) that incorporate a TURN
server interface
(b) any open source resources for TURN.

I appreciate that TURN is still work-in-progress and fully expect the
answer to be no for both of these!
