Hi all,
  When this draft went through IESG evaluation one of the ADs realized that they had some IPR that could be applicable to this draft. An IPR disclosure has been submitted and should be posted within the next few days. I just wanted to give the WG a heads up on this situation. Please talk to me or the chairs if you have any concerns.
