situation is. We need to work hard until I-D submission
deadline on monday to get all these resolved with
detailed text changes. Please comment on the issues
and continue the discussion where necessary. Most
importantly, post text.

Also, let me know if the classification below is incorrect

  68 - minimal conformance requirements
  63 - extensibility and payload
  60 - addresses in ike sa_init/auth

         (we're not reversing an earlier decision. but is
