Third proposal: MOBIKE

Hi,

I and Hannes Tschofenig have written a third "protocol 
proposal" for MOBIKE. Until it appears in the I-D directories, 
a temporary copy is available from:

The main purpose of this draft is not to specify a finished
solution, but rather to provide input for discussions.  The
draft outlines a simple way to solve the typical "laptop moving
while connected to corporate VPN gateway" scenario, but seems 
to work for many static multihoming cases as well.

We focused on keeping implementation changes to minimum (for
instance, not having address lists at all means there are no
complications with IKEv2 window size or retransmission
behavior), and supporting NATs in a reasonable way.
