Actually, a lifeftime to the SA would be useful for other reasons. Suppose
you've got an SA with your Mobile IPv6 Home Agent. It would be nice to know,
if you go into dormant mode or shut down for power saving purposes, whether
or not you have to re-run IKE when you come back up.
