I didn't suggest this work should be considered in IPv6 WG instead of Mobile
IP WG. I just asked "if we are going to adapt this work in Mobile IP WG,
what are we (as the WG) planning to do with the other Mobile IP API proposal
(draft-yokote-mobileip-api-02.txt)?" meaning we should look at all the
relevant work and have a plan if we are going to move forward.
