Filters for Mobile IPv6 Bindings (NOMADv6) introduces a set of 
extensions to the Mobile IPv6 protocol that allows a mobile node to 
simultaneously use multiple points of attachment.  It specifies a set 
of rules (filters) that are transmitted to filtering agents, who in 
turn use this information to determine whether and where to route IP 
traffic for the mobile node. In this manner, it is possible for a 
mobile node to distribute IP traffic among its available points of 
attachment or to request that such traffic is dropped before reaching 
the mobile node.
