For complete handover, it takes at least a few seconds,(Of cource,it changes according to
environments) I heard.
 
So, VoIP isn't viable when you use MIP.

It says,
In many instances, the handover latency resulting from standard Mobile
   IPv6 handover procedures could be greater than what is acceptable
   to support real-time or delay sensitive traffic.
