Also this work is not compatible with the concept of oDAD. What I mean by that is that the delay in address configuration caused by RETRANS_TIMER must be removed. Optimistically configured addresses still stay Tentative for at least RETRANS_TIMER, but their use is not _delayed_ by this. They can be used while still Tentative.
