Hello Ron,

	Route optimization is not on the charter for the Mobile IP v4
working group (mip4).  To my knowledge, it is not being worked on
outside the working group, either.

If you want to follow mip4 issues, you should participate on the mip4
mailing list (You can subscribe here: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/mip4).

This list ([email protected]) will be shut down soon.
