[spring] MNA for SR service metadata Fw: New Version Notific ation for draft-liu-mpls-mna-sr-service-metadata-01.txt

Dear SPRING and MPLS,


A new version of draft-liu-mpls-mna-sr-service-metadata has justed been submitted.
This draft defines MPLS MNA encoding to carry metadata in SR service programming with SR-MPLS data plane. 
The format of the metadata is defined taking examples from RFC8300 and the SRv6 metadata defined in draft-ietf-spring-sr-service-programming.
About the choice of the in-stack or post-stack, both ISD and PSD MNA encoding for metadata are provided in this version for comparison and further discussion.
