The list now has restricted posting

Gee, aren't spammers fun? The flux got too high. Anyhow, this list 
now only allows postings from people on the list. I'll watch for 
bounces and add people to the allowed-to-post list as quickly as I 
can.

So, back to getting things done on the protocol!
