Following are proposed revisions to the milestones on the working group 
charter.    If I have not received any comment or suggestions for these 
prior to Aug 13, then I will send them off to Keith for approval.   That 
should give people plenty of time to review and respond even if there are 
vacations happening.

I will note that the new milestones are pretty much a year delayed from 
the original milestones, reflecting the year that the working group spent 
in the twilight zone.   I hope that we can all work hard to achieve the 
new dates.
