Updated Multi6 WG Last Call (1 of 3) draft-ietf-multi6-architecture-02.txt

Since draft-ietf-multi6-architecture-02.txt has just been
published, the WG Last Call now applies to this draft.
Since the differences are small (see the second page
of the draft), the comment deadline is still November 3.
