Hmm, too bad they weren't committed enough to make the license 
sub-licenseable.  That's a key component of open source.  MS really needs 
to work harder to get their lawyers to do the right thing, or else clarify 
that "all users, implementers and distributors" isn't meant to include open 
source implementers and distributors.
