the spec. => no more zone cut in the SPF RfC

More like one (q=ns), but as I said it was removed.
CSV uses in the worst case six queries instead of a
zone cut.

Yes.  The CSV idea is pretty irrelevant to fight abuse, it
is more about accelerated processing of white / grey MTAs,
not about intentionally black hats...  Unless you're ready
to reject all mails from unidentified sources.  Bye, Frank
