This is to solicit your comments on the draft "Mobility Capability Negotiation and Protocol Selection": https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-yan-dmm-man-02 It was first presented at the IETF 98 and also presented at the IETF 100. This draft aims at providing informative text for supporting a mobility management procotol negotiation and selection for a mobile node.

Kindly consider this call for comments.
