Quick WGLC for draft-ietf-dmm-requirements-11

Folks,

This mail starts a quick one week WGLC for 
draft-ietf-dmm-requirements-11 to verify the
changes done since the last WGLC. After the
WGLC we are about to move the draft out of the
working group.

The WGLC ends 2-Dec-2013.

If you have something comment, send it into the
mailing list and possibly add into the issue 
tracker. We take silence as an acceptance for the
draft content.
