I support the adoption of this draft as a starting point of a WG document. 
I also agree with Seil's comment that the WG document has to resolve the currently identified open issues; Specially there has to be clear explanation on how SAS Rules fit in here, or how the address properties defined here interwork with the RFC 6274 Rules. I tag this as a open issue.
