Here is the original meeting invite sent to the working group list following a fairly lengthy discussion following details of next virtual IETF meeting on how to get the work group together for a discussion. 

I just noticed today that we managed to generate a Webex and have that discussion without a data tracker request. 

Looking for guidance here. We are somewhat new to this virtual interim meeting thing. Or off cycle meeting.
