Dear ngtrans folks,

(I am not sure that I can go on with discussion of MTP here,
but,,, I have not known yet where I should discuss it.)

I have just revised the MTP draft. I added the influence on
RTP/RTCP of a translator to "5. Protocol Translation Details."
This topic has already been investigated in Section 7 of
RFC1889[RTP], so I referred to it.
