Hello, The IPR statement found at: http://www.ietf.org/ietf/IPR/ISI-NGTRANS.txt pertains to work I did while at SRI International. This statement is out of date, and it is my understanding that SRI International has sent an update to the IETF Executive Director offering free access to any technologies for the development of and compliance with IETF standards.
