NAT-PT --> DNS-ALG

Hi all, 
I am a newbie in NAT-PT. I read SIIT and NATPT RFCs and have a small question on DNS-ALG:

My question is related to the RFC2766, paragrah 4.2:
Node IPv6-A starts by making a name look-up ("AAAA" or "A6" record) for node IPv4-C.

MY QUESTION IS:
TO WHICH NODE IS THE DNS REQUEST ISSUED ?

When reading the RFC it sounds like it is to the NAT-PT router (which then propagates this request to both DNSv6 and DNSv4).
