many businesses are already working on IPv6 transition because of the
operational problems caused by NATs.  John Q. Public may well want to
start using IPv6 when he realizes that it makes it possible for him
to access his home machines, printer, baby-cam, etc. from elsewhere 
in the network, including his PDA.

but I don't think there will be a single compelling reason to use
IPv6.  looking for a killer app for IPv6 is like looking for a
killer app for email or fax.
