FYI, as this draft is important to NSIS. Please take a look and comment if necessary.

Jukka has presented this draft during the last IETF meeting at the INT area open meeting and received some positive feedback. The new version of the draft incorporates the changes. 

Jukka will present the update again at the INT area open meeting. It would be good to have some of the NSIS people attending this session.
